At our clinic, we offer both custom-made and pre-made foot orthoses, sometimes known as shoe inserts.

Foot orthoses are used to treat issues such as heel pain, lower back pain and bunions, by helping to align and cushion the feet.

Pre-made foot orthoses can be appropriate for those with minor alignment and cushioning issues and for children who are still growing. 

Custom-made foot orthoses are designed specifically for you, based on a mould taken of your feet. These long lasting, high-quality shoe inserts are used when individuals need more targeted foot alignment solutions, as they can be modified extensively to suit individual needs.
